Planned Changes and Future of Just Pong

Hi all, as of currently despite no updates or further promotion of Just Pong we continue to receive a small but steady viewer base.

Which is good of course, however we do continue to get questions and suggestions that in our current capacity will likely not happen for a while. However hopefully to make sure that suggestions aren't repeated too often we'll put down a quick list of improvements we have in mind for when we can get back to Just Pong and push out an update.

Planned updates/changes

• Add Enemy upgrades/downgrades into the store menu.
• Allow the player to turn off the player AI.
• Add Decrement and Increment options to Paddle Size (Enemy & Player), Paddle Speed (Enemy & Player), AI Player & Enemy, Ball Speed, Pong Set Speed, Pong Auto Restart, and Pong Score Limit.
• Add current level for upgrades.
• Add the current instance number for an instance in the bottom right corner of an instance.
• Add the current tier of Bytes and Cores.
• Expand Help to answer common questions (What is PB, what are the upgrade options, general gameplay).
• Change the font for the pong game score to text mesh pro.
• Secret off and on button could be better labeled to turn secret off/on.
• Allow use of the keyboard to switch between instances.

Now, you might ask why we are pausing our updates to Just Pong and to be completely straightforward, we are working on another tentatively titled "Bird Game" who's current development is being focused on instead. Also while our current ideas to help expand and refine Just Pong are good ideas, we feel that Just Pong in its current state is in a good place.

Now we are posting small updates about the "Bird Game" on our Tumblr and Twitter but the general gist is that it is a FPS where you take control of anthropomorphic birds to raid planets for resources. The majority of the content we are showing on those platforms are concept art and some of the models we have made for the game. However we look forward to providing gameplay footage and such as we continue working on the game to show it off.
