Version 1.4.1

Hey everyone, we just gave you a surprise update! Boo! 

This update is called Version 1.4.1. 

It contains a LOT of quality of life updates such as: 

Bug Fixes

• Saving happens constantly, so reloading the page no longer loses progress. 
• Non-root-instances now work when in focus.
• An instance winning will NOT make all other instances reset
• Balls probably don't stick to pads anymore. after other ball upgrades, we couldn't force it to happen anymore, so hopefully it's gone. 
• Ball no longer bounces weirdly right after launch. 
• "Foolscreen" on is less foolish. 
• Fixed player AI upgrade decreasing range of detection.
• Added a maximum angle for the pong ball, to keep it from somehow getting stuck vertically. 

Additions

• Implement a minimum speed for the pong ball.
• We added a label to show you how many Cores you need to get the next pong instance. 
• Winning a point provides 2 PB and losing gives 1PB instead of 1PB and 1PB
• Scoring the Winning point on a match grants 1.25 times the current ball PB value. so make sure to win on a Rally ball to rack up those PBs!
• NEW SAVING MECHANICS: You no longer need to backup your saves before updates, though we leave the ability to do so. We finally figured out how to keep the saves from being tied to a unique URL for each upload.

Changes

• Better sounds for the game. Sorry we burst your eardrums along with your dream of hearing classic pong bing bongs. 

Upcoming changes in version 1.5: NOT THIS UPDATE

We have big plans for the future of Just Pong. Among those will be the ability to actually get to the end game. we realized that our cost increases, and our gain rates are not proportioned in a way that will allow you to eventually get to the end game. However, the new update will NOT mess with your saves, so while you're encouraged to restart if you want, you will be able to continue with the same stacks that you've purchased previously.
